Telephone Queries:
Competent and trained Customer Service Representatives will handle your telephone queries. If we are unable to answer your question immediately, we will research the information and respond by telephone within twenty-four (24) hours.

Written Queries:
We will respond to your written enquiries within five (5) working days of receiving your letter. All written queries should be addressed to our Customer Service Manager.
